3. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

• Pods, coils, and cartridges (once opened or used)

• Sale, clearance, or promotional items

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a faulty item:

• Contact us within 48 hours
• Provide clear photos or videos
• We will review and offer a replacement or store credit

In some cases, items may need to be returned for inspection.

5. Refunds

If a refund is approved:

• Processed within 5–10 business days
• Issued to the original payment method
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is ours (wrong or defective item)

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or incorrectly supplied.
We do not offer exchanges for change of mind.
